BEACH HOUSE

his is our year-round haven for Guests who want to feel the soothing breeze or lose themselves in the dunes along the ocean shore. The sound of waves, sandy beaches, and the blue of the ocean – these are memories from our trip along the East Coast of the United States that left a lasting impression on us.

At that moment, we started to believe that dreams come true! From Maine, through New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and the unforgettable Delaware with the Crab Barn, to Carolina with the unique Charleston, Georgia with Savannah, all the way to Florida – with Clearwater Beach leading the way.

Let yourselves be transported into the world of our Beach House, where dreams come true. In addition to the Floridian ambiance, white ubiquitous wooden decorations, and blissful relaxation, you can take a dip in a pool with heated water available whenever you want!

Bedrooms:

located on the upper floor with a breathtaking view of the lake and a terrace, each for 2 people. The third room accommodates 4 people, with 2 sofa beds, each for 2 people. Additionally, a sofa bed in the living room is also available to Guests. A perfect place for two families with children or for social gatherings. It is possible to add travel cots for children (up to 3 years old) in each room.

Kitchen:

equipped with everything you need, including a large refrigerator, an espresso machine (let’s face it, a good coffee is a must), an induction hob, oven, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, pots, pans, and tableware.

Attractions

Pool with heated water with direct access to the terrace, as well as to the entrance of the living room. The glass conservatory and greenery, along with the typical seaside atmosphere, create a unique ambiance of relaxation and tranquility.
Spacious terrace with a set of outdoor furniture and an integrated garden with an incredible view of the lake.

Mini First Aid Kit

A ‘Mini First Aid Kit’ is available in the facility. It includes items that we are used to forgetting, such as bandages, hydrogen peroxide, Fenistil (an anti-itch gel), sunscreen, mosquito repellent (OFF), the address of the nearest clinic and hospital.

For Kids

Especially for our youngest guests (below 3 years old), we have prepared the ‘Kid’s Kit,’ which includes colorful plastic plates and cups, cribs with bedding, a mosquito net, a bath towel, and, upon request, a high chair

Leisure and pleasure

In each N-Glamping facility, you will find books, games, and puzzles, as well as colored pencils, designed for the little ones to keep them entertained on a cloudy day. Adults will also find some books to keep them busy.

Grilling Area

Guests have access to a specially designated grilling area. We kindly remind the rule that for safety reasons grilling is only allowed in this designated space

For our Active Guests

For our active guests, kayaks and life jackets are available (please contact us by phone for prior reservations) and there is also a beach volleyball court.
